The Oceanfront area is a collaboration between Art Basel Miami Beach and Creative Time, the legendary New York-based art organization specialized in public ar t projects. This year’s program focuses on the artistic and cultural scenes of four cities – Detroit, Mexico City, Berlin and Glasgow – with one
night devoted to each city.
